The surface is affixed with a grain pattern olefin sheet. Using natural emboss processing with a nice texture,
there is no color irregularity between the products and they are all finished with a uniformly high quality.
The front surface is finished with a luxury feel by affixing a corner R processing thick edge tape with the same pattern
as the decorative sheet/decorative paper onto the cut end.
These shelf boards are perfect for creating an elegant atmosphere.

Art Lumber O Type is a simple falcata laminated lumber with a variety of colors.
The surface is affixed with a specially processed decorative paper.
Due to its EB coating, it is scratch and stain resistant and features superior reproducibility with no color irregularities between the products.
The shelf board surface is processed by affixing an edge tape with the same pattern as the double-sided decorative material.
By creating corners without providing the roundness, it is finished with a sharp image.
This shelf board can be utilized regardless of setting.

For grain lumber we conduct different special surface processing to fit the various design and color pattern characteristics.
Stain resistant
Repellent component
Applied to white Ovangkol. Because it is white and stains show up easily, it uses a special coating that repels stains and makes them easy to wipe up.
Scratch resistant
Hardness component
Applied to 3 other colors. Because the color is dark and scratches show up easily, it uses a special coating with hardening ingredients to protect from scratches.

The Art Lumber O Type has EB coating applied using electron beam irradiation, improving its durability against stains, scratches and adhesives.
